1. About TillyTap

TillyTap ("the Service") is provided by Everyday Sorted Ltd (Company No. 17294707), registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). TillyTap is a business management app for self-employed beauty and wellness professionals in the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a self-employed professional or business owner to use TillyTap. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to enter into this agreement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access. Notify us immediately at hello@tillytap.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or are used in a way that harms other users or the Service.

4. Subscription and payment

TillyTap offers a free trial period followed by paid subscription plans. Prices are shown on our website and in the app, inclusive of any applicable taxes.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time via the app or by contacting us; you will retain access until the end of the paid period
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law
• We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use TillyTap only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to process data unlawfully or without appropriate consent from your clients
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works from TillyTap
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

6. Your data and your clients' data

You own the data you enter into TillyTap. When you enter data about your clients, you are the data controller for that information and are responsible for complying with UK GDPR and any other applicable data protection laws.

We act as your data processor for client data. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle data.

You can export your data at any time from within the app. If you close your account, we will retain your data for 6 years as required by HMRC regulations, after which it will be deleted.

7. Tax and financial information

TillyTap provides tools to help you organise your financial records and generate summaries. This is not tax advice. You are responsible for ensuring your tax records and submissions are accurate and compliant. We recommend consulting a qualified accountant for tax advice.

8. Intellectual property

TillyTap and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Everyday Sorted Ltd and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. For significant changes that materially affect the Service, we will give at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everyday Sorted Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of TillyTap, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
